Flokk is an innovative, web-based tourism activity booking software designed to help tourism businesses manage their bookings and streamline operations efficiently. With Flokk, businesses can sell their experiences directly online through their own websites and social media pages. Our goal is to empower tourism businesses by providing them with the tools they need to enhance their online presence, manage their operations seamlessly, and improve overall business performance.

Pricing model

Flokk works with all websites and social media platforms, ensuring broad compatibility and ease of integration. We believe in the mutual success of our partners, which is why Flokk is a free tool for activity providers. There is no cost for registration, and providers only pay a minimal fee of 1.5% + 30 cents per booking for financial transactions through our secure payment gateway, Stripe. Additionally, we charge a 5% service fee per experience, which is paid for by the tourist.

Working Logic

Flokk's system operates on a simple yet effective working logic, developed through extensive research and collaboration with tour operators to best suit their needs:

  • Services: You publish all your experiences as services where you have the capacity to provide them in different time slots. Examples of services you can publish include a cheese-making workshop, a 2-hour guided kayak tour, a 3-hour helicopter tour, or a whole-day vineyard tour. These published services are visible on your booking link.
  • Timeslots: Timeslots assigned to services are opportunities for customers to participate in your experiences. It also gives you the opportunity to sell your service.
  • Event Creation: An event, which is when you need to show up as a tour operator, is created if at least one person buys a ticket for a specific time slot of a service.
  • Attendance Verification: When tourists show up at the event, you should ask for their booking number. This is how you can check that they are the customers who purchased the ticket.

This approach has been crafted through thorough research and collaboration with tour operators, ensuring it aligns with their workflows and optimizes their operations.
